      <description>&lt;p&gt;This is a modified recipe from the book &lt;em&gt;Brewing Classic Styles&lt;/em&gt;. The recipe is called &lt;em&gt;Black Scapular Dubbel&lt;/em&gt; but I replaced some of the ingredients because i didn&amp;rsquo;t want to buy all of them, and I made my own candi syrup because I also didn&amp;rsquo;t want to buy it. So this will be a freestyle dubbel-inspired beer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I decided to make this one because I had a bunch of pilsner malt that i didn&amp;rsquo;t know what to do with, so I just found some recipe.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
