Melomel is mead with berries or fruit. This will either be sweet strong mead or very strong mead.
The berries are just a cheap berry mix from krónan.
Mead usually takes a long time so don’t wait for this one.

This has been fermenting for over a week and is 70% of the way there. I have removed the berries and now the yeast just has to finish fermenting the mead. After that it will be filtered and allowed to sit for a few weeks until drinkable.
