This is a recipe from brew.is. This was the first beer I brewed, and it ended up pretty weird. Now I’m going to make another attempt at it and see how it goes. I am also going to make my first try at a 20 liter batch, but it might get a little bit difficult as my kettle is only 15 liters.
This is a modified recipe from the book Brewing Classic Styles. The recipe is called Black Scapular Dubbel but I replaced some of the ingredients because i didn’t want to buy all of them, and I made my own candi syrup because I also didn’t want to buy it.
